Privacy policy

Data controller: the association (details to be confirmed).

Purpose: handling requests sent through the forms (visits, contact, accountancy firms, questions, newsletter and self-check follow-up).

Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b; LOPDGDD).

Retention: as long as needed to handle the request and, for the newsletter, until you unsubscribe.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to the contact address (pending), and the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Data is stored on servers run by our infrastructure provider; it is not shared with third parties or till providers.
